If you want to experience how things are done in the Power & Engineering team at our Bogotá Office, join us on a permanent position, full-time basis commencing at the earliest possible date as a Underwriter.

You can look forward to

  • Engineering & Energy facultative business underwriting for Latin American markets.
  • New business development.
  • You handle the acquisition, evaluation, and negotiation of Energy facultative reinsurance offers.
  • You are responsible for the analysis of Energy proposals.
  • Evaluate risk under the underwriting guidelines established and related systems.
  • Manage portfolio including contract administration and reporting.
  • Support local office (Claims & TAD) on technical questions and business development.
  • Clients training program development. 

You come equipped with

  • Engineering bachelor´s degree.
  • Engineering & Energy underwriting experience - minimum 7 years in similar roles.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and planning capabilities.
  • English proficiency.
  • MS Office management.
