You can look forward to

  • Creating and further developing well-founded tools for motor TPL analysis, and also NatCat risks as needed
  • Supporting external data pools in the motor, property and casuallty reinsurance sectors
  • Optimising data analyses of (major) claims
  • Automating underwriting processes and developing AI applications in underwriting
  • Performing portfolio analyses and establishing suitable quotation parameters 

You come equipped with

  • At least 2 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, ideally with a focus on property and casualty insurance 
  • Completed Master’s degree in (business) mathematics, economics, physics or a comparable field of study
  • Trained as an actuary – or sound actuarial knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of data analytics and programming skills, in R or Python
  • Keen analytical abilities and individual initiative
  • Strong powers of communication coupled with proficient user skills in German and at least independent user skills in English 
  • An international mindset and a willingness to go on business trips, roughly three or four times a year
