You can look forward to
- Organization of the day-to-day Corporate Office matters, including the preparation and follow-up of Board meetings
- Execution of routine administrative tasks, such as user rights management and travel coordination
- Maintenance of the Corporate Governance information on both internal and external platforms
- Preparation of Corporate Governance submissions for Boards and regulatory authorities
- Development opportunities for more advanced responsibilities in Corporate Governance, such as agenda setting for Board meetings or minute taking during Board meetings
You come equipped with
- Several years of professional experience as an assistant, secretary or paralegal within an an international company
- Completed commercial (e.g., in the field of office communication) or legal training, academic studies, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in working with and supporting C-level executives
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products and MS Teams
- Business-level fluency in German and English, combined with strong communication skills
- Proactive, service-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
