Assistant Legal and Compliance
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the GLS Corporate Matters team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary, part-time basis (roughly 30 HPW) for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as an Assistant Legal and Compliance.
You can look forward to
- You help keep daily tasks running smoothly and make sure everything is well organized
- You communicate with people from different countries, both inside and outside the company
- You manage appointments and meetings, keep calendars and databases up to date, and take care of the department’s library
- You organize travel plans, including applying for visas
- You handle incoming mail and make sure it is sorted correctly
- You format contracts, legal documents, and presentations so they are clear and professional, or create them based on guidelines or in consultation with others
- You help prepare and follow up on meetings and events, including those with international participants
You come equipped with
- You have completed commercial training, for example as a legal assistant, European secretary or assistant, office clerk, foreign language correspondent
- You have several years of relevant work experience in assistance, secretarial work, or administrative tasks in an international environment
- You are confident using Microsoft Office programs
- You speak both English and German fluently and communicate clearly and professionally
- You are well organized, careful in your work, and enjoy helping others
