Assistant Underwriting international
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Property & Casualty Global Services team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent, part-time basis (max. 30 HPW), commencing at the earliest possible date as an Assistant Underwriting international.
You can look forward to
- Organization of the day-to-day business of central and divisional management as well as the globally operating underwriting and project team
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Coordination and organization of internal, worldwide training activities, such as training seminars and conferences
- Preparation and follow-up of business trips, including appointment coordination, travel bookings, visa applications and travel expense reports
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees in the department and supporting employees from international locations during their stay in Hanover
- Routine administrative tasks (e.g. administration of user rights) in relevant tools such as ServiceNow, Planisware or Excel
You come equipped with
- Several years of professional experience as a (team) assistant in an international company
- Completed commercial training (e.g. in the field of office communication) or a comparable qualification
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products and MS Teams
- Proactive, service-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
- German and English at a conversational level combined with strong communication skills
