You can look forward to
- Handling and evaluating international Property and/or Casualty reinsurance claims in line with internal guidelines and legal frameworks
- Reviewing coverage, assessing liability, and determining appropriate settlements
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across Claims, Underwriting, Accounting, and other functions
- Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting reporting activities
- Contributing to process improvements and the development of team standards
- Fostering a strong team culture through open communication and knowledge sharing
You come equipped with
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience handling Property and/or Casualty claims, ideally within a (re)insurer environment
- Experience working in an international context, confident in collaborating across different locations and cultures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound and well-justified decisions
- Strong communication skills, with business-fluent English and conversational German; additional languages are a plus
- Team-oriented mindset, combined with a willingness to travel occasionally
