You can look forward to

  • You design creative and practical web-based trainings on compliance topics such as fraud and corruption prevention, anti-money laundering, and our business principles – for employees and managers worldwide
  • In close collaboration with our international compliance experts, you continuously adapt content and formats to meet local requirements and e-learning trends, making best practices visible within the community
  • You coordinate and further develop our compliance systems – from the learning management system to whistleblowing platforms and the compliance management tool
  • You ensure the timely delivery of compliance-relevant content for various internal and external reports and enhance our reporting templates
  • In close coordination with compliance teams both nationally and internationally, you ensure that compliance processes and work instructions remain up to date
    You independently carry out compliance monitoring tasks within the relevant departments

You come equipped with

  • A completed degree in media education, human resources development, media design, law or economics, preferably with a focus on information technology
  • Initial practical experience in the design of digital learning formats, for example through internships or student roles in compliance or human resources development
  • A sound understanding of compliance requirements and their importance in international business relations
  • A strong technical affinity for working with digital tools, databases and learning platforms; ideally, you have already worked with Power BI
  • A good sense of didactics and the ability to communicate complex content in a way that suits the target audience
  • Excellent command of both German and English
  • Creativity, openness, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in intercultural collaboration – and if there is anything you do not yet know, we will support you in learning it
