Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Reinsurance Division 9 - Credit, Surety and Political Risk at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Contract Administrator Underwriting.

You can look forward to

  • Supporting the Underwriting Team: Preparing and managing contract documents as well as assisting with contract execution
  • Data Management: Recording and encrypting contract data in our systems
  • Document Review: Creating and verifying documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Cross-Departmental Communication: Coordinating with colleagues from other departments to quickly resolve urgent matters

You come equipped with

  • Successfully completed (insurance) commercial training or a comparable qualification (e.g., Insurance and Finance Clerk, Financial Specialist, Foreign Trade Assistant, Bank Clerk)
  • Ideally, initial practical experience in a similar role
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT-based management systems
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and enthusiasm for international collaboration – you'll learn the rest with us!
