Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Cost & Capacity Controlling team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Controller Capacity & Cost.
You can look forward to
- Conducting in-depth analyses on capacity developments across our global organization
- Monitoring and tracking of approved Target FTEs (planned capacities)
- Managing and enhancing the position application process and evaluation of insourcing cases
- Preparing documents for the Executive Board and reports for the management
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Target FTE topics, providing support and guidance to managers and global HR teams
- Contributing to cost controlling activities, such as cost center planning, variance analysis, and reporting
You come equipped with
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Controlling, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on capacity planning or personnel controlling
- A sharp analytical mindset and a high level of numerical reasoning
- Solid proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- A structured, detail-oriented, and self-reliant working style complete your profile
