You can look forward to
- Developing and implementing computational tools to automate and optimize underwriting workflows
- Designing and applying mathematical models to analyze reinsurance datasets
- Applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Document AI techniques to extract, understand, and transform unstructured data
- Leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as semantic understanding, summarization, and data standardization
- Utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to combine document retrieval with domain-specific context for enhanced decision support
You come equipped with
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics or (Business) Mathematics
- Proficient in statistical data analysis and data consistency techniques
- Skilled in developing and validating mathematical models
- Programming experience in R or Python
- Experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector is an advantage
- Native speaker skills in Spanish or Portuguese and Proficient user skills in English, combined with excellent communication skills and a strong connection to Latin America
- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset, high motivation and a collaborative, team-first attitude
