You can look forward to
- Working with large and complex amounts of data in fascinating projects and gain experience – through in-depth insights and involvement in our wide-ranging day-to-day business
- Get to know the many facets of life and health reinsurance incl. processes, our world-wide network and reinsurance concepts and solutions
- Active participation in various specialist units, including both direct customer contact and supporting service teams, covering among other things data analyses, pricing and quotations
- Several months spent abroad at one of our international locations
- Attending special trainee events and building a Group-wide network

You come equipped with
- Degree in mathematics, physics, data science, economics or a comparable field of study
- Knowledge of a higher programming language, for example R, Julia or Python, is an asset
- Ideally, initial familiarity with various data science methods
- Initial experience gained through internships or student work experience is welcome
- International experience, e.g. through a semester spent abroad, language study trips, Work & Travel programmes is desirable
- Proficient user skills in English, independent user skills in German or the willingness to learn this language
