Doctor Insurance Medicine
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Germany - Technical Underwriting team team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Doctor Insurance Medicine. The position can also be filled on a part-time basis of 50% or more (e.g., alongside work at a hospital), with a minimum of 19 hours per week.
You can look forward to
- Designing and optimizing our services in functional disability and accident insurance, as well as expanding our product portfolio
- Reviewing complex applications and claims, and supporting clients (insurance companies) with risk and damage assessments
- Advising clients in personal injury management and assisting them in using our proprietary risk assessment tools
- Organizing and conducting seminars, training sessions, and workshops both in the office and on-site at client locations
- Taking on marketing activities for clients and at external events
- Targeted product development in cooperation with clients
You come equipped with
- Degree in human medicine or a comparable medical/technical study program or training (e.g., medical technology, health sciences)
- Clinical training, ideally in surgery/trauma surgery, orthopedics, and possibly neurology or general medicine
- Knowledge in the treatment and assessment of accident-related injuries (expert appraisal) is an advantage
- Ideally, experience in insurance medicine
- Native-level German language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally, mostly within Germany
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills to round off your profile
