Event Manager
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Investor Relations team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 6 months, commencing on December 1, 2025, as an Event Manager. The position can also be filled on a part-time basis (minimum 24 hours per week).
You can look forward to
- Support in coordinating our 2026 Annual General Meeting with over 500 participants
- Implementation of the security concept
- Scheduling and coordination of volunteers
- Coordination and organization of catering
- Support in coordinating stage setup and event technology
- Assistance with additional tasks in the Investor Relations department
You come equipped with
- Completed training as an event management specialist or a university degree with a focus on event management, marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in event management, including the organization of corporate events with more than 500 participants
- Solid MS Office knowledge
- Strong communication skills, with business-fluent German and conversational English
- A talent for organization as well as a structured and detail-oriented working style complete your profile
