Let’s connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Executive Board team supporting Brona Magee at our headquarters in Hannover, Germany, join us as an Executive Board Assistant on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.

You can look forward to

  • You coordinate and manage the Board Member’s calendar, prioritise appointments, and prepare agendas and briefings
  • You run the Executive Board secretariat, managing correspondence and prioritising internal and external requests
  • You manage meetings and events end-to-end from scheduling and preparing materials to coordinating with global participants and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • You plan business travel (national and international) and handle documentation and expense reports smoothly
  • You track and ensure adherence to important deadlines, deliverables and project milestones
  • You act as the central communication hub, gathering required information from internal interfaces and external partners and ensuring clear updates and fast follow‑ups

You come equipped with

  • A recognised commercial or administrative qualification, such as Office Management Assistant or an equivalent vocational qualification in business administration
  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior assistant role, supporting Board Members or senior management in an international environment
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain the highest level of discretion
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to stay up to date with new features and functions
  • Ideally, you are familiar with crafting simple prompts for AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT, together with a responsible approach to handling sensitive and confidential information; and if not, you are open to learning it
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset, able to make sound and pragmatic decisions even when situations become challenging
  • A warm, kind and emphatic approach, fostering team spirit while keeping priorities aligned and moving forward together
