You can look forward to

  • Coordinating and managing our external service providers in infrastructural and technical facility operations (e.g. janitorial services, cleaning, reception services)
  • Working with our CAFM system Planon and handling ticket creation, order processing, documentation and reporting
  • Supporting space and relocation management, planning moves, assigning workstations and optimising our use of space
  • Taking responsibility for access management by issuing and maintaining access cards, assigning authorisations and setting up locker systems
  • Supporting our internal service hotline and organising services for events at our site

You come equipped with

  • Completed technical and/or commercial vocational training or a completed degree in Facility Management, Building Management, Building Services Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience in facility management, building management or building operations or a strong interest in starting a career in this field
  • Confident user of MS Office applications combined with a strong technical understanding
  • Proficient user skills in German and, ideally, English skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Structured and reliable working style, strong organisational skills and a pronounced service-oriented mindset
