You can look forward to

Coordinating and managing our external service providers in infrastructural and technical facility operations (e.g. janitorial services, cleaning, reception services)

Working with our CAFM system Planon and handling ticket creation, order processing, documentation and reporting

Supporting space and relocation management, planning moves, assigning workstations and optimising our use of space

Taking responsibility for access management by issuing and maintaining access cards, assigning authorisations and setting up locker systems

Supporting our internal service hotline and organising services for events at our site
You come equipped with
-
Completed technical and/or commercial vocational training or a completed degree in Facility Management, Building Management, Building Services Engineering or a comparable qualification

Initial practical experience in facility management, building management or building operations or a strong interest in starting a career in this field

Confident user of MS Office applications combined with a strong technical understanding

Proficient user skills in German and, ideally, English skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders

Structured and reliable working style, strong organisational skills and a pronounced service-oriented mindset
