Finance Team Manager International Cash Management
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Finance - Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Finance Team Manager International Cash Management.
The ACR team within the Group Finance central division is responsible for ongoing accounting and the processing of payment transactions as well as the HGB financial statements of HR SE and E+S AG. In addition, the team is responsible for the organization of Group reporting, i.e. the collection, processing and consolidation of data as well as the preparation of the reporting itself.
You can look forward to
- You will take over the management of the newly created "Cash Management" department
- You will be responsible for the disciplinary management and further development of the 7-person team
- You will work on process optimization and system responsibility for payment transactions in Hanover and our international locations
- You have a variety of interfaces, including with house banks and asset managers
- You will be responsible for the operational processing of payment transactions in Hanover
- You will be involved in our international projects, including the introduction of an international payment transaction system, the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA and the optimization of our bank account landscape worldwide
You come equipped with
- Experience in an international company in the field of cash management
- Degree in economics / business administration or commercial training with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of a payment transaction solution (preferably SAP/Serrala)
- Initial experience in the disciplinary management of a team
- International mindset paired with German and English at a conversational level
- A sense of responsibility and a precise way of working
