With several years of leadership experience in digital solutions and collaborative user-centered product delivery, you take care of the management, evolution, and adoption of digital solutions that support sustainable client relationship management, medical underwriting, and claims across our global Life & Health business. 

You can look forward to

  • Leading a high-performing team based in Hannover, fostering a collaborative culture with trust and agility
  • Designing and delivering digital solutions that are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with business strategy and IT architecture
  • Strengthening and maturing fit-for-purpose operating models and delivery approaches that enable speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency - while meeting the evolving needs of users, teams, and markets
  • Shaping and executing strategic roadmaps for digital solutions, in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders across global markets
  • Enhancing adoption and utilization of digital tools, adding measurable value across international user communities
  • Ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a mindset of continuous improvement across all solutions in scope

You come equipped with

  • Extensive leadership experience, focusing on empowerment, engagement and performance
  • Deep understanding of digital solution design and product development in complex environments, ideally with some experience in (re)insurance or financial services  
  • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), human-centered design, change management and modern software delivery
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Willingness to relocate to Hannover and travel internationally
  • A global mindset with the ability to adapt strategies to diverse user needs, markets and cultural contexts
