Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Ressources Business Advisory team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a HR Business Partner.

You can look forward to

  • Advising Managers: You are the point of contact for personnel-related matters for a defined group of departments. This includes advising on changes in employment relationships and labour law issues.
  • Personnel Development: You provide guidance on development measures and support development processes, for example by moderating feedback discussions.
  • Personnel Selection: In collaboration with the recruiting team and managers, you support the search and selection of personnel. This includes conducting interviews and negotiating contracts.
  • Personnel Measures: Your responsibilities include the design and support of personnel measures such as entries and exits, transfers or salary changes, including coordination with our works council.
  • Participation in Projects: You contribute your practical expertise to a variety of HR projects. These range from optimising our processes and structures to introducing new software and HR tools.

You come equipped with

  • Several years of professional experience in HR advisory and candidate selection
  • A degree with a focus on HR, e.g. Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology or a comparable field of study
  • Affinity for IT, ideally including experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Business-fluent German and conversational English for daily communication with colleagues and departments
  • You are responsible and build trust with managers and employees through clear and appreciative communication
