Would you like to not only experience employer branding, but actively shape it? In this position, you will contribute to the targeted expansion of Hannover Re's visibility as an employer.

You can look forward to

  • Brand Strategy & Awareness: You actively shape the global employer brand strategy, taking into account corporate strategic developments, labour market trends and talent needs.
  • Content realisation & visibility: You develop and publish content for our career website (FirstSpirit), the intranet and other channels - always in line with our employer positioning (EVP). You will contribute your ideas to the further development of these formats.
  • Stakeholder management and interface work: In close collaboration with colleagues from Recruiting, HR Business Advisory, Corporate Communication and IT, you will implement content projects and identify relevant touchpoints. You will help shape the editorial processes efficiently and ensure that this fits in with our employer brand positioning.
  • Data-driven optimisation, website & analytics: You maintain the content of the career website and optimise it based on user behaviour and KPIs (e.g. from Matomo). Your goal: a clear, accessible user journey for applicants.
  • Marketing activities & communication: You organise photo shoots, support video productions and take over the operational management of agencies and media partners.

You come equipped with

  • Relevant professional experience in the editorial implementation of employer branding measures and in working with CMS and social media tools
  • Experience in the further development of holistic employer brand management (strategy, touchpoints, labour market trends to success monitoring)
  • Knowledge of web analysis tools and content management systems (Matomo, FirstSpirit or similar)
  • Completed Master's degree with a focus on human resources: business psychology, economics / business administration, communication and media studies or a comparable degree
  • Analytical, conceptual know-how, organisational talent and a flair for target group-oriented content as well as business fluent German and English skills
  • An eye for the big picture and local needs, an international mindset, humour and curiosity
