Our GHR Rewards, Mobility, Reporting team is the first HR advisor contact for all questions relating to international HR issues for Hannover Re’s locations worldwide. 

You can look forward to

  • Drafting and documenting employment contracts and developing legal solutions in an international context
  • Contract management for Group Management (drafting, reviewing and managing employment and secondment contracts for subsidiaries and branches abroad)
  • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with local insurance supervisory requirements for our compensation models
  • Coordination of the process for the fit & proper assessment of key function holders
  • Formulation of policies on the topics of global compensation & global mobility
  • Supporting the Group companies on cross-location HR, compliance and regulatory issues
  • Preparation and writing of the personnel-related sustainability report as part of Group reporting

You come equipped with

  • Completed studies: Master's degree in economics/business administration with a focus on human resources or state examination in law with a focus on business or labour law or a qualification comparable to law 
  • Professional experience in the area of human resources, especially in the area of contract management
  • Experience abroad, e.g. through study visits, desirable
  • Analytical and precise way of working as well as strong (intercultural) communication skills
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office products
  • German and English at a business fluent level, confident use of HR terminology
