Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the IT Service Management & Automation team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing at the earliest possible date as an IT Administrator ServiceNow

You can look forward to

  • Administration, configuration and further development of the ServiceNow platform
  • Carrying out updates, upgrades and system integrations
  • Implementation and optimisation of workflows, business rules and scripts
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting as well as technical support for end users
  • Collaboration with specialist departments to optimise IT and business processes
  • Creation of documentation and training materials

You come equipped with

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML5 and CSS
  • Experience in the administration and configuration of ServiceNow, as well as with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change or CMDB desirable
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management
  • Analytical and solution-orientated mindset
  • German and English at a business fluent level, in combination with strong communication skills
