Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the IT Service Management & Automation team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing at the earliest possible date as an IT Administrator ServiceNow.
ServiceNow is a platform that we use to digitalise and automate recurring tasks and processes - such as IT requests, approvals and orders. This allows teams to work together more efficiently and have more time for the important things.
You can look forward to
- You will set up ServiceNow, maintain the platform and develop it further
- You help to keep the system up to date (e.g. through regular updates & upgrades) and take care of system integrations
- You automate IT and business processes to simplify day-to-day work
- If something doesn't work, you look for the error and find a solution
- You support colleagues from the specialist departments if they have questions about the system
- You create simple instructions and training documents
You come equipped with
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML5 and CSS
- Experience in the administration and configuration of ServiceNow, as well as with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change or CMDB desirable
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management
- Analytical and solution-orientated mindset
- German and English at a business fluent level, in combination with strong communication skills
