You can look forward to
- Monitoring and managing software licences for big manufactures like Microsoft, Oracle, SAP etc.
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies in licence management and developing these further
- Contact person for licence issues for colleagues (e.g. providing training and advice) and external partners (e.g. participating in audits)
- Carrying out licensing, compliance checks and measures in the event of under- or over-licensing
- Creating licence status reports, as well as managing and monitoring licence procurement for all object types (client, server, etc.)
- Identifying and assessing risks in connection with licence usage and developing strategies to minimise risks
- Collaboration on the definition of a structure for storing licence certificates (central storage of contracts and licence conditions/keys)
You come equipped with
- Degree in (business) informatics, economics with a strong IT focus or a comparable qualification
- Understanding of software licensing, including the various licence types and models
- Experience in licence and contract management, as well as maintaining licence inventories
- Knowledge of the legal aspects of software licensing, including compliance requirements
- Knowledge of IT service and project management desirable
- German and English at a conversational level
- Analytical, conceptual way of thinking in combination with strong communication skills
