You can look forward to

  • Supporting and advising Scrum and Kanban teams in the IT sector on the optimisation of agile processes
  • Organisation and moderation of (Scrum) events and workshops
  • Removal of organisational obstacles and support in resolving conflicts
  • Carrying out retrospectives
  • Supporting and advising the product owners when working on the product backlog
  • Collaboration in requirements engineering

You come equipped with

  • Several years of experience in supporting agile teams as a Scrum Master/Kanban Master, ideally in IT
  • In-depth expertise in the field of agile methods and techniques, especially Scrum and Kanban
  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, economics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in requirements engineering, advising product owners and project management is an advantage
  • Conflict and problem-solving skills, coaching experience desirable
  • Language skills in German and English at a business fluent level, in combination with very good moderation skills on site and remotely
