You can look forward to
- Technical leadership of the engineering department as well as training and development of the team
- Management and coordination of facultative engineering activities, as well as portfolio management and control in the US and London markets
- Negotiation of facultative reinsurance contracts with brokers and insurance companies
- Ensuring and promoting regular knowledge exchange within the global engineering community
- Development of efficient tools and processes
You come equipped with
- A successfully completed degree in engineering or civil engineering
- Several years of relevant professional experience in facultative reinsurance with a focus on engineering
- Initial experience in the technical leadership of teams
- In-depth knowledge of the London and/or US markets
- An international mindset paired with business-fluent English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
- Drive, We-spirit, and change management skills complete your profile
