You can look forward to
- Drafting international employment and secondment contracts, including for our top management abroad
- Organising international compensation & benefits packages, taking into account the local requirements of the Federal Insurance Supervision Authorities
- Support for fit & proper assessments of key position holders
- Formulation of policies (e.g. on the topic of global compensation)
- Supporting the Group companies with cross-location HR, compliance and regulatory issues
- Independent formulation of the HR chapter in the sustainability report (ESG report)
You come equipped with
- University degree: law degree like Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Master of Laws (LL.M) with a focus on business or employment law or any other comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international labour law/ human resources, e.g. as HR Business Partner, Labour Law/ Employment Law Counsel or in the area of Global Mobility
- Very good knowledge of labour law
- Proven experience in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines
- Business fluent in English and German, as well as strong communication skills
- An eye for detail, an international mindset, humour and curiosity
