In this role, you combine legal expertise with an international mindset. Your talent for turning complex legal requirements into practical solutions makes you an indispensable partner for our top management and international Group companies.
You can look forward to
- You draft international employment and cross-border assignment contracts
- You develop global policies and standards (e.g. on the topic of global compensation)
- You ensure that our compensation schemes comply with regulatory requirements worldwide
- You support our group companies on cross-border compliance and regulatory issues as well as strong corporate governance
You come equipped with
- A completed law degree (State Examination, LL.B., LL.M.) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in international contract and corporate law
- Ideally, experience in drafting and implementing HR policies and guidelines in an international context
- Knowledge of HR compliance and/or global mobility as well as employment law is an advantage
- Business-fluent in English and German or native-level proficiency in English, as well as strong communication skills
- An eye for detail, an international mindset, humour and curiosity
