You can look forward to

  • Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global and local processes, as well as consulting of global organizational units on process management matters
  • Development of concepts and leading workshops for the harmonization and optimization of processes
  • Preparation, coordination and presentation of results analyses and recommendations for the Executive Board and other stakeholders
  • Continuous exchange and collaborative partnership with other service functions for the further development of process management as a key component in implementing the Hannover Re Lean Operating Model

You come equipped with

  • Several years of professional experience in process management (including process harmonization, process analysis)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in capturing, analyzing, optimizing, and harmonizing business processes, as well as a strong affinity for IT
  • German at a conversational level and English at a business fluent level
  • Strong communication skills as well as proficient moderation and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking, a strategic perspective, and proactive action
  • An international mindset and willingness to travel occasionally
