You can look forward to
- Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global and local processes, as well as consulting of global organizational units on process management matters
- Development of concepts and leading workshops for the harmonization and optimization of processes
- Preparation, coordination and presentation of results analyses and recommendations for the Executive Board and other stakeholders
- Continuous exchange and collaborative partnership with other service functions for the further development of process management as a key component in implementing the Hannover Re Lean Operating Model
You come equipped with
- Several years of professional experience in process management (including process harmonization, process analysis)
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in capturing, analyzing, optimizing, and harmonizing business processes, as well as a strong affinity for IT
- German at a conversational level and English at a business fluent level
- Strong communication skills as well as proficient moderation and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking, a strategic perspective, and proactive action
- An international mindset and willingness to travel occasionally
