In Digital Accounting, we actively shape the future of reinsurance accounting. We guide processes, set direction, and support the selection and implementation of suitable solutions. 

You can look forward to

  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse im Accounting und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen zukunftsfähige, digitale Lösungen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsvorhaben mit
  • Du arbeitest beim Aufbau eines internationalen Netzwerks zur Befähigung von Accountants weltweit im Umgang mit neuen Tools und Prozesse mit
  • Du begleitest Veränderungsprozesse im Team und unterstützt Kolleg:innen bei der Einführung neuer Technologie 
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Kund:innen zusammen – von der Abstimmung bis zur Lösungsfindung
  • Du bringst dich in Projekte und Arbeitsgruppen mit Fokus auf Innovation, Effizienz und Zusammenarbeit ein 
  • Du betreust ausgewählte SAP-Funktionalitäten im Accounting-Kontext und unterstützt Kolleg:innen als Key User:in oder Prozessansprechpartner:in

You come equipped with

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen (z. B. aus den Bereichen Versicherung, Bank, Steuern) und in der qualifizierten Buchhaltungsbearbeitung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Versicherung, Bankwesen oder Steuern 
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Rückversicherungsvertragsarten und -formen
  • Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
  • SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse an der Gestaltung eines internationalen Netzwerks zur Befähigung von Kolleg:innen im Accounting weltweit im Umgang mit neuen Tools und Prozessen 
  • Konversationssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Sicheres und serviceorientiertes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Kund:innen
