You can look forward to
- Taking responsibility for our Business Continuity Management (BCM) system and conducting regular Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
- Keeping BCM documentation up to date to ensure operational resilience
- Collaborating across all functional units to identify time-critical business processes and required resources
- Developing a tool-supported BIA process with IT, Procurement and other stakeholders
- Coordinating tests for Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and supporting IT Service Continuity
- Contributing to projects to improve Information Risk Management, including the information domain and its related lifecycle of information assets
- Supporting Operational Risk Management, such as compliance and fraud risk management, as well as internal loss event reporting
You come equipped with
- Degree in Economics, Risk or Security Management, Computer Science or a related field
- Initial professional experience in Business Continuity or Process Management
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., MaGo, DORA)
- Strong IT affinity with analytical and structured thinking
- Business-fluent English and conversational German, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., to conferences or for roll-out activities)
- You continuously seek ways to improve processes, respond flexibly to changing priorities and remain focused, even in dynamic environments and build strong, trust-based relationships
