In Global Client Management, you work together as a team to shape our global Windows client landscape and develop it further in a secure, stable and future-proof manner. You coordinate and communicate changes and act as a central interface between technical engineering and international operations. #LI-DNI

You can look forward to

  • Further develop the Windows Standard Workplace and our global Windows client landscape and ensure secure, stable and as standardised as possible client configurations 
  • Administer and optimise our Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) environment and further develop the associated operational, deployment and release processes 
  • Manage Windows patches, client releases and Windows version upgrades, from technical assessment and testing through pilot phases to global rollout 
  • Coordinate software packaging, prioritise packaging requests and align technical requirements with international IT teams 
  • Lead projects to renew and standardise the client landscape and manage work packages, dependencies, risks and technical decisions 
  • Shape client lifecycle, imaging, reimaging, software distribution and automation and support international locations with rollouts, changes in ServiceNow and security-related measures 

You come equipped with

  • Degree or vocational training in an IT-related field or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience 
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Enterprise Windows Client Management as well as experience in independently implementing technical infrastructure or workplace projects 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager MCM/SCCM, Windows Deployment, Patch and Release Management as well as good PowerShell skills 
  • Business-fluent German and English skills for collaboration with international colleagues 
  • Good understanding of IT Security, Hardening and Compliance; knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, virtual client infrastructures or global printing solutions is an advantage 
  • Ability to bring different interests together, implement complex requirements in a solution-oriented manner and communicate technical matters in an understandable way
