Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Information Technology End User Services team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Senior Test and Deployment Manager. 

 

In our Global End User Services team, you contribute to shaping the organisation’s digital workplace environment and help ensure stable and reliable IT support worldwide. We operate the Global User Service Desk, support Service Transition & Planning to ensure the quality of new software releases, and enable secure access to systems and applications through Identity & Access Management. In this environment, you actively bring in your experience and work with us to further develop our topics around quality, releases and deployments.

You can look forward to

  • You plan and coordinate testing activities across different initiatives and systems and develop robust test strategies to ensure sustainable quality assurance
  • As a Deployment Manager, you are responsible for the technical delivery of software across various environments and ensure stable, secure and traceable deployments
  • You continuously develop and improve test, test automation and deployment processes, bringing in best practices, standards and new ideas
  • You manage the end-to-end planning and execution of releases and ensure reliable collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers

You come equipped with

  • A degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification, for example as an IT specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in test, release and/or deployment management
  • Sound knowledge of quality assurance and test automation or the willingness to further develop these skills
  • Experience with IT process models (e.g. ITIL, COBIT) as well as IT service transition processes
  • Experience with agile working methods and project management
  • Professional proficiency in German and conversational English for working in an international environment
  • You communicate clearly, confidently facilitate different stakeholder interests and remain resilient, solution-oriented and service-driven even in complex situations
