Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Information Technology Database, Integration & Analytic Platforms team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Software Engineer Platforms and Integrations. 

You can look forward to

  • You actively shape the development and ongoing enhancement of our unified enterprise platform based on container-based cloud technologies
  • You continuously develop our central API management based on Azure API Management and thereby contribute to the standardisation and scalability of our integration landscape
  • You contribute your experience in modern technologies and approaches – including Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Boomi, Kafka, messaging, as well as data integration between various systems and databases
  • You develop technical concepts and implement them together with the team into sustainable solutions
  • You create and carry out module tests, process change requests and thereby make an important contribution to the quality and stability of our solutions
  • You support 2nd-level support in the analysis and resolution of incidents and problem Reports

You come equipped with

  • Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification, e.g. as an IT specialist
  • In-depth know-how in modern cloud and DevOps technologies, particularly in Azure, CI/CD pipelines and ideally in API management
  • Practical experience in integration projects as well as in working with integration platforms (e.g. Boomi, Azure Integration Services or similar)
  • Experience in the development of modern cloud solutions
  • German and English at a conversational level
  • Strong communication skills, enjoyment in optimising processes, as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations
