You can look forward to

  • As the central interface to our suppliers, you manage the entire procurement process - from tenders and negotiations to the evaluation of inquiries and projects
  • You develop in-depth knowledge of suppliers and markets and build procurement strategies that make the company future-proof
  • You plan budgets, identify risks with suppliers and drive innovation in technology and processes
  • You conduct training for supplier managers and work closely with internal key personnel
  • You are responsible for the central reporting of regulatory requirements and advise internal stakeholders and third party managers to ensure compliance

You come equipped with

  • Degree in business administration, economics, law, sustainability management or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in international supplier management or supplier relationship management, vendor management or with the purchasing of indirect goods
  • Experience in conducting audits and assessments of suppliers and contractors
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and relevant laws, such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) in the procurement process
  • Strong analytical skills and a confident use of procurement and service management tools
  • German and English at a business fluent level combined with negotiation skills
