Sustainability Specialist
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Strategy & Sustainability team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Sustainability Specialist.
You can look forward to
- As part of our highly motivated team of sustainable finance experts, you will be responsible for the group-wide coordination and implementation of (regulatory) requirements, including those from the CSRD, CSDDD and EU taxonomy
- You are closely involved in the (auditable) ESG-related reporting in our Group management report
- You support the integration of relevant information into data management systems
- You track publications on complex ESG regulations and derive appropriate measures
- You analyze global trends and develop strategic sustainability goals
- You work on Group-wide implementation projects and in interdisciplinary teams/working groups
- You are also interested in working on other ESG-related topics
You come equipped with
- Several years of professional experience in sustainability management in a large corporation, preferably in a financial services company or a global consulting firm
- Master's or diploma degree, preferably in business administration, business law or political science
- Sound knowledge of ESG-related EU regulations and underlying frameworks
- Experience in managing or working on cross-divisional or global projects
- High intrinsic motivation to continuously deal with the latest developments in this dynamic environment and to implement them together with us
- Strong communication skills paired with German at a conversational level and English at a business fluent level
- An independent way of working, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a pronounced solution orientation
