Tax Manager International Tax
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Taxation team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Tax Manager International Tax.
You can look forward to
- Providing comprehensive support for Group entities and permanent establishments abroad
- Minimising tax risks and clarifying tax matters affecting internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and compiling relevant calculations and analyses, e.g. CFC rules, BsGaV (Ordinance on the allocation of profits of permanent establishments)
- Determining and verifying tax items including deferred taxes under IFRS in the context of the annual and consolidated financial statement
- Contributing to global compliance topics and projects, e.g. transfer prices, BEPS Pillar 2, CbCR
- Identifying future issues of tax relevance and developing solution scenarios
- Cooperating with tax authorities, external consultants and internal departments (Accounting, Finance and Legal)
You come equipped with
- Several years of professional tax experience, ideally with an international audit and tax consulting firm or an international corporate group
- Completed degree in economics/law or qualification in financial management ("Diplom-Finanzwirt:in"), successfully completed examination for tax consultants is an asset
- Sound knowledge of national and international tax law
- (Re)insurance know-how is a plus, but not required
- Strong powers of communication coupled with proficient user skills in German and English
- Highly IT-minded
