You can look forward to
- Evaluation for tax purposes of participations in private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure funds
- Involvement in the preparation of tax returns in relation to investments
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with asset managers and other specialist departments within the Group
- Providing support for tax audits
- Managing and coordinating external consultants
- Assisting with the optimisation of domestic and foreign withholding tax charges
- Providing tax advice on internal restructuring activities within the Group and on matters of Group financing
You come equipped with
- Several years of tax experience with a consulting firm, international law firm or group tax department
- Completed degree in economics/law or qualification in financial management ("Diplom-Finanzwirt:in"), successfully completed examination for tax consultants is an asset
- Sound knowledge of national and international tax law
- Ideally, knowledge of investment tax law, reorganisation tax law and tax rules governing controlled foreign corporations
- Keen to familiarise yourself with new legislation, especially in relation to investments
- Proficient user skills in German and English
- Sense of responsibility, individual initiative and flair for solution-driven thinking
