Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the TD11 US-Special Casualty team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us for a temporary period of 12 months, on full-time or part-time basis with min. 75% (28,5 HPW), commencing as soon as possible as an Team Assistant US Market.
You can look forward to
- You manage international communication with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a smooth and reliable flow of information.
- You coordinate and organise business travel – from scheduling appointments to booking travel, preparing visa documents and handling travel expense claims.
- You plan client visits at our Hannover office.
- You support the onboarding process for new colleagues and coordinate internal and external visitors during their stay.
- You take on a wide range of administrative and office‑assistant tasks.
- You collaborate closely with the assistance team and contribute to cross‑divisional topics and projects, helping to improve processes and ensure smooth operations.
You come equipped with
- A completed commercial qualification (e.g. European Secretary / European Assistant, Office Administrator or Foreign Language Correspondent).
- Several years of relevant experience as a team or personal assistant, office assistant/manager, or in an administrative support role within an international environment – ideally within (re)insurance.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications and modern digital tools.
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.
- You navigate new structures quickly and work reliably, diligently and with a strong solutions mindset.
- You connect with people easily, handle feedback with confidence and help create a positive, friendly and respectful team atmosphere.
