Team Manager International Cash Management
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Finance - Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Team Manager International Cash Management.
The ACR team within the Group Finance central division is responsible for the preparation of the individual and consolidated financial statements of HR SE and E+S AG in accordance with both HGB and IFRS, in addition to ongoing accounting and the processing of payment transactions. The team is also responsible for quantitative reporting in accordance with Solvency II and various forecast calculations (forecast/plan).
You can look forward to
- Head of the newly created "Cash Management" department
- Disciplinary management and further development of the 7-person team
- Process optimization and system responsibility for payment transactions in Hanover and our international locations
- Various interfaces, including with house banks, asset managers and Broadridge, our Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) service office
- Operational processing of payment transactions at the Hanover location
- Project work in the course of the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA and the optimization of our bank account landscape in the Hannover Re Group
You come equipped with
- Experience with an international company in the financial sector
- Degree in economics or business administration - preferably with a focus on finance or commercial training with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of a payment transaction solution (preferably SAP/Serrala)
- Initial experience in the disciplinary management of a team
- International mindset paired with independent user skills in German and English
- A sense of responsibility and a precise way of working
