You can look forward to
- You negotiate facultative reinsurance contracts with clients from various European countries
- You assess liability risks, underwrite them, and conduct contract negotiations
- You analyze primary insurance and reinsurance markets
- You expand relationships with existing clients and maintain the portfolio
- You contribute to the development of innovative reinsurance concepts
- You attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends
You come equipped with
- Successfully completed degree in economics, law, business administration or equivalent qualification; alternatively, commercial insurance training with a specialization in liability insurance or a comparable background
- Professional experience in facultative reinsurance and/or in primary insurance for general liability and/or financial lines
- Business fluent German and English combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally for business, approximately three to four times per year
- International mindset with strong analytical, networking, and client relationship skills, as well as enthusiasm for strengthening our position among the leading global reinsurers
