Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Global Human Resources - Corporate Compensation, Global Mobility & Payroll Services team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a temporary, part-time basis (roughly 19 HPW) for 12 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Working Student Corporate Compensation. Would you like to gain a wide range of insights into HR work and contribute your skills to an international company? From grading and compensation benchmarks to the development of compensation ranges and their application in daily practice, you will gain insights into our processes and support our teams with your ideas.

You can look forward to

  • Participating in various local and international projects within the Corporate Compensation, Global Mobility & Payroll Services team
  • Supporting in the process of international position evaluations
  • Collaborating on the content of English presentations and texts for our intranet, for example
  • Supporting colleagues with various day-to-day HR tasks

You come equipped with

  • Advanced degree specialising in human resources, psychology, economics or similar
  • Proficient user skills in English and German
  • Initial work experience, e.g. through internships in the HR department, is advantageous
  • Understanding of IT-based processes and high IT affinity
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Remuneration: From a contract period of more than three months, you will be paid an hourly wage of approximately 19 euros gross per working hour, which increases with your professional experience
