Working Student Facility Management
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Transformation & Operations - Cost, Procurement & Facility Management - Facility Property Management team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary, part-time basis (roughly 19 HPW) for 12 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Working Student Facility Management.
Our team offers you a variety of exciting tasks in the area of facility management. For example, we are currently supporting the ways of working somewhat different project, which is concerned with the redesign of our spaces. You can look forward to
- Maintain the technical maintenance documentation and organise special services in the system
- Work with us to further develop our computer-aided facility management system
- Check technical documents and update our floor plans
- Support technical facility management by coordinating appointments and offers
- Contribute to the design of our spaces and the corresponding communication measures
You come equipped with
- Ongoing studies in facility management such as architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Ideally initial experience with computer-aided facility management systems such as Planon
- Proficient user skills in German and English at a conversational level
- Structured way of working, high level of initiative and organisational talent
