Working Student Project Management International
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Operations & Strategy - Project Management team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary, part-time basis (roughly 10 to 15 HPW) for 6 months, commencing immediately as a Working Student Project Management International. Our Project Management covers all tasks of the entire project lifecycle (Project Idea, Project Application, Reporting, Change Request, Project Closure) as well as project management methods and tools. Gain exciting insights into our interdisciplinary, international project teams and develop project management standards with us. We are particularly looking forward to your support in international software development and global implementation projects.
You can look forward to
- Support our experienced project managers in managing the results, deadlines and budgets of their projects from the project idea through the entire project life cycle
- Assist the project management teams in planning, managing and controlling costs, content, tasks, results, deadlines and external service providers
- Support the project documentation and presentations as well as updating and status reporting and get to know our company-wide project management software in the process
- Accompany the exchange to ensure project stakeholder satisfaction and work with us to develop solution scenarios in the event of deviations
You come equipped with
- Ongoing Master's degree with a business focus - business administration, business informatics, (international) economics or similar
- Initial experience in project management, ideally in an insurance or financial environment
- Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, MS Azure Dev Ops desirable
- German and English at a conversational level
- Structured way of thinking and good analytical skills
- High social competence and solution-orientated communication
