Working Student UI/UX Design & Mock-ups
Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Property & Casualty Global Services - Automatisation, Processes & Systems team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary, part-time basis (14 to 19 HPW) for up to 12 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Working Student UI/UX Design & Mock-ups. The team supports underwriters through continuous processes between the diverse world of contractual and facultative underwriting and IT, coordinating project activities and streamlining work and data flows. Become part of the team and contribute to the creation of user interface designs and the design of user guidance for new applications!
You can look forward to
- Create high-quality mock-ups for user interfaces of new applications
- Design intuitive and user-friendly user guidance
- Work closely with development teams to implement designs
- Conduct user research to capture needs and preferences
- Iteratively refine designs based on feedback and testing
- Actively engage with current trends and best practices in UI/UX design
You come equipped with
- Advanced studies in media design informatics, product design or comparable
- Confident use of common UI/UX design tools such as Balsamiq, Figma or comparable
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and high-quality mock-ups
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) an advantage
- Good understanding of user-centred design principles
- Proficient user skills in German and English
- Good communication skills for collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
