Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including executing tasks across different project phases, coordinating with stakeholders to drive implementation, and preparing project documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports regularly on project progress and outcomes
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new technologies and regulations in insurance industry
  • Assist in promoting collaboration with L&H insurance companies, InsurTechs or other external providers
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects or tasks

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2–3 years of working experience in insurance industry
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Basic data processing and analysis skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office

 

Preferred:

  • Educational or professional background in actuarial science
  • Experience in or familiar with emerging trends, InsurTechs, AI
  • Experience in managing projects or working with cross-functional teams
