Associate Data Operations Specialist

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1. 协助完成寿险的客户数据的导入、提取、清洗与标准化处理，支持日常经验分析与数据相关报告编制；
2. 开发并维护数据处理的自动化流程，提升数据处理效率与准确性；
3. 协助搭建并维护数据库的架构以及提高数据库的效率；
4. 协助制定数据质量核验规则，监控数据质量，及时识别与修正数据异常；
5. 撰写和维护数据文档，确保数据处理过程的可追溯性，提升数据资产的可复用性；
6. 参与公司数据标准的制定与落地执行，推动数据流程的规范化和标准化；
7. 完成上级交办的其他数据相关工作。

1. Assist in importing, extracting, cleaning, and standardizing customer data for life insurance to support routine experience analyses and related data reporting.
2. Develop and maintain automated data processing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
3. Assist in designing and maintaining database structures and improving database performance.
4. Support the development of data quality validation rules, monitor data quality, and promptly identify and correct data anomalies.
5. Draft and maintain data documentation to ensure traceability and improve the reusability of data assets.
6. Participate in the development and implementation of company data standards, promoting standardized and streamlined data processes.
7. Complete other data-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

任职要求 Qualifications

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，数学、统计、数据科学、信息技术等理工类专业；
2. 0–5年相关工作经验，欢迎优秀应届毕业生申请，有项目实践经验者优先；
3. 熟练掌握SQL、Python、R、VBA中至少一种工具，具备数据处理与分析能力；
4. 具备较强的学习能力，工作细致严谨，逻辑思维清晰，良好的沟通与团队协作能力；
5. 有保险行业，特别是寿险业务相关的数据处理或分析经验者优先。
6. 中文听说读写能力优秀。

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or other STEM-related majors.
2. 0–5 years of relevant work experience; outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Practical project experience is a plus.
3. Proficiency in at least one of the following tools: SQL, Python, R, or VBA, with solid data processing and analysis skills.
4. Strong learning ability, attention to detail, logical thinking, and good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in life insurance data processing or analysis, is preferred.
6. Proficient in Chinese.
