About the role

This role is part of our small but effective HR team of 2 in Shanghai Branch.

You can look forward to

In this role, you’ll work across a broad range of HR activities supporting both operational delivery and the wider employee experience including:

 

  • Daily HR operations across employee lifecycle management: on-boarding, off-boarding, transfer, probation review, contract renewal, etc.
  • Administrator for SAP SuccessFactor and leave management system. Responsibilities include but not limited to updating employee information, generating reports, managing employee central, learning, recruitment, on-boarding modules, and managing leave application processes.
  • Collaborating with both Shanghai Branch colleagues and managers and Hannover Office HR to improve HR process efficiency and system utilisation.
  • Preparing various HR reports.
  • Assisting in recruitment, learning, HR projects and initiatives.
  • Participating in ad hoc HR tasks as assigned.

You come equipped with

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Confidentiality and discretion in the workplace
  • Native Chinese speaker. Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both local environment and cross-cultural settings.
  • 0–5 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience
