As a Medical Underwriter, you’ll become an integral part of our UW & Claims team — a close-knit group of professionals passionate about delivering expert service and guidance in medical and financial risk assessment and claims. With five dedicated colleagues and a supportive manager, the team is defined by its strong sense of commitment, high standards of quality, and a collaborative, down-to-earth culture. 

This role is ideal for a problem-solver who enjoys analyzing complex issues with both structure and flexibility. In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape and develop processes and products in close partnership with our clients and market managers. You come equipped with

•    Academic background in nursing or equivalent medical education. 
•    At least 3 years of experience in medical underwriting within L&H insurance, such as life insurance, critical illness, child disability and occupational pension solutions. 
•    Fluency in both Swedish and English; proficiency in Finnish or Hebrew is a plus.
