We are seeking a Head of Structured Solutions to join our team. The role will be a permanent position reporting directly to our General Manager, Group Business.
About the role
As Head of Structured Solutions you will be responsible for maintaining effective client partnerships and achieve strategic objectives in the Longevity and Financial Solutions areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Innovating and exploring new profit streams and reinsurance solutions, coordinating with global partners for market introduction.
- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships through superior reinsurance offerings.
- Strategizing to drive future retail and group client growth and profitability within the portfolio.
- Collaborating across the business to ensure profitable business acquisition and retention.
- Creating and managing an effective client engagement strategy.
- Promoting and enhancing our market brand and reputation.
- Initiating and leading Longevity and Financial Solution market propositions.

Experience & Qualifications:
Our ideal person has extensive knowledge of the life insurance and reinsurance market with a focus on longevity and financial solutions. They have spent years honing their skills in developing expertise in client solutions, strategic consulting or business development and understand the issues facing partners in the current environment.
Their exceptional communication and presentation skills, refined through delivering to diverse audiences, accompanied by their commercial acumen and desire for mutually beneficial solutions, have supported them in developing fruitful lasting relationships in the market.
This talented individual also benefits from superior analytical, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills held together by their detail orientation and time management expertise. A talent with advanced analytics and creating actionable insights from complex data is also in their skill set and demonstrated through their Actuarial qualifications.
